OVERVIEW:
A potential recruit is someone that is qualified to become a new Mobile Notary or existing Mobile Notary that signs up for any Notary business service that we offer.
DUTIES:
You will recruit remote contractors that are seeking various types of notary services for their Notary Signing Agent business. We will train you fully online. You will spend 80% of your time on the phones making calls outbound. The calls will be follow-up inquiry calls or simple call-backs.
LOCATION: Telecommute from your home office. MUST be a legal U.S.A. citizen.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Internet, Computer, telephone, or cell phone with unlimited long distance. Home office set-up.
COMPENSATION:
$15.00 per recruited agent or business that enrolls into our campaign services. Based on commissions only.
The average hourly pay rate is $15.00-$30.00 per hour.
Contractors are paid bi-weekly on the 1st and 15th of every month.
FLEXIBLE WORK SCHEDULE:
You can work up to 40 hours per week (M-F) and 7 hours (10 AM-5 PM) on Saturday. We are closed on Sundays and all major holidays.
You must be able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week to stay active in this position. However, you can work up to 45 hours per week.
All internal job positions are 100% guaranteed employment upon completing a satisfactory verification contractor background check. All of our client and internal jobs positions are pre-screened and safe to work from home.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
• 1 year or more of experience with inbound customer service, survey calls, outbound B2B calling, telemarketing, recruiting, or sales.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to make a minimum of 75 plus outbound calls per day to candidates and send email correspondence.
• Ability to post 250 new job ads per week online to FREE classified ad sites.
• Must be very upbeat, friendly, detailed, and have outbound telemarketing/recruitment experience.
• Must be able to complete and pass a felony verification check.
• Must have strong organizational skills and a motivated attitude to get the job done!
• Work independently with minimum supervision.
