A recent graduate of Ultimate Medical Academy in Tampa, Fl. and a seasoned Customer Support/Service Representative. I enjoy helping my clients/patients with getting them the assistance that they need. It's rewarding to me because I think of my mother, who is currently 74 years young! I would want her to have the most knowledgeable person assisting her with any paperwork, advice, etc. I just want to make it easier for them. When you work as team, it makes everyone's job that much easier to do. I always want to do my best.
